10 MIN MORNING YOGA // BEGINNERS YOGA

Waking up is sometimes the hardest thing you'll do in a day. We all have that friend who claims they just naturally wake up at 5am. But for the majority of us, this seems like a myth or a magical made-up story, am I right?

Here's a super simple, ten minute flow you can do in the morning, first thing after you wake up to help get the blood pumping, gently wake yourself up, energise your body and mind, do something good for yourself, begin to incorporate some healthy habits in to your life and just generally start your day off in a positive way!

Because let's face it.. Yoga is ALWAYS a good idea!
